Surrounded by the beauty of the Sonoran Desert, our venue is the perfect backdrop for every style of event from romantic weddings to dynamic corporate gatherings. Our signature barn sits on private property in the middle of the natural Sonoran Desert. By day, we have beautiful hawks that soar through the bright blue sky. By night, our location makes the perfect spot for star gazing. Our lush desert landscape includes dozens of giant hundred-year-old saguaro cacti.
Whether hosting 50 guests or 900, our team tailors each experience with thoughtful layouts, lighting, and decor - ensuring smaller gatherings feel warm and intimate, while larger groups enjoy the expansive flow of the property. With fresh air under stunning orange, red and purple colors of the Arizona sky and warm, spacious and beautifully decorated spaces, you and your guests will be in awe as you will all enjoy a true taste of the Southwest at Desert Foothills Events.

The Barn
A spacious structure with a built-in dance floor, wood accents, twinkling lights, and optional crystal chandeliers. Its adaptable design transforms from an intimate reception space to a lively setting for large-scale celebrations. Four oversized barn doors open to the Sunset Terrace - an ideal area for small receptions, activations, and networking.
The Outdoor Desert Courtyard
An authentic Sonoran Desert experience with two unique areas. The main courtyard, connected to the guest entrance, features four in-ground firepits, lantern-lit pathways, and a bandshell with a dance floor - perfect for cocktails or dining under the stars. For a bigger impact, the Sunset Vista offers a dramatic backdrop of towering saguaros, popular for wedding ceremonies and hot air balloon tether rides!
